Job Description:
Monitor Incident / Task queue in ServiceNow and respond to end-user issues and requests

Update tickets with status and resolution as work is performed

Triage new tickets and redirect to other teams wherever applicable

Provide end-user support, following documented procedures and runbooks.

Password Resets

MFA Setup and troubleshooting

VPN Troubleshooting

To operate all IT services, systems and applications.

Tests and evaluates existing IT systems and performs regular maintenance to ensure that IT Services operate correctly.

Acts as subject matter expert for all technical related issues and owns functional escalations until resolution .

Deliver IT services, systems and applications to the business.

Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization

Build Windows Machines using MDT

Ensure meeting rooms equipment’s are maintained to the standards

Ensure that an up-to-date asset inventory for all technology assets is maintained.

Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Technical Operations.

Ensure addition, modification or removal of any IT asset in a standard and controlled manner.

Ensure that CIs are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited.
