Education – Bachelor Of Engineering Preferred Or Any Graduate/MBA
Experience – Minimum 12-15 years in Building Material and excellent connect with premium Architect, premium Government Bodies and consultants.
AGE– 38-43 Yrs
Specialized Skills – Presentation Skills, Technical Knowledge of the product, Communication Skills, Leadership Quality, Planning skills, Conceptual skills, Strategy making.
Responsibility:-
- Meeting with premium government department like CPWD, PWD, AAI, MES and others bodies etc.
- Visit to premium A, A+ Architects, consultants and giving the presentation and specified the product and conversion into sell.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
- Negotiating variations in specifications with your company’s managers.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
