Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Leader – Government & Defense located in Gurgaon. As a Business Leader, you will manage and develop business strategies to promote business growth and build strong relationships with government and defense clients. You will lead business development initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects within the government and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing within the government and defense sectors
• Expertise in strategic planning and execution, market research, and competitive analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the government and defense sectors
• Experience working with government agencies and prime contractors is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
