Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper accounts books are maintained.
- Ensure daily book reconciliation are maintained.
- Day to Day utilization & Bank Position Reporting, Day to Day monitoring of requirements of funds to manage payables.
- Preparation of month on month MIS for profitability along with the different reports as demanded by the management.
- Income Tax Finalization, GST Return, Assessment Proceedings, Audits, TDS Return Filing, Income Tax Assessments, Accounts Finalization.
- Payroll Maintenance
- Cash Management, Expenses Voucher Preparation.
- Leading a team of Accountants with overall control of all Accounting Functions to ensure that work gets completed within the designed time frame.
- Balance Sheet
- Timely payment of all statutory dues i.e TDS, GST, PF and ESIC.
- Coordination with internal auditor and external auditor.
- Ensure that all the returns are filed on time to time.
- Day to day banking works

Experience:
- Accounting and Finance: 7 years (Preferred)
