Roles & Responsibilities
Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
Responsible for smooth administration of payroll records inputs of on roll employees.
Solely responsible for reimbursement, salary revision and payroll related queries of employees.
Verifying time and leave management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the monthly payroll.
Performing HR backend processes such as employee database management, creating employee musters etc.
Maintaining employees personal files and records in electronic and paper form, communicating HR policies & across the organisation at all levels.
Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR & GMP records for all manufacturing units.
Processing employee PF, EPS, ESIC, Corporate Salary Account and other employment registration forms.
Coordinating with other departments such as finance, IT, Supply chain for day to day HR operations and other administration work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
