Essential Job Functions

• Supports routine activities of a functional area or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
• Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems, and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand
• Assists in administrative responsibilities such as entering information into databases and producing simple statistical reports and presentations.
• Enters information on account-specific service problems and distributes prioritized work requests.
• Distributes communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that the integration of new, enhanced and existing service offerings meets client specifications.
• Gathers and enters quality assurance information in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service. Produces reports necessary to indicate areas of improvement.
• May conduct product inspections to ensure established quality guidelines are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Answer contacts promptly and professionally
• Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
• Resolve a high percentage of customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
• Manage end-to-end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers’ on-call status
• Complete follow-on actions as appropriate
• Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames
• Adhere to Policies & Procedures
• Work to achieve individual and team goals
• Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
• Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright, and trademark legislation
• Accomplish other duties as required
• High Technical skillsets & Hands-on technical support experience
• Ability to manage commitments to customers, managers, etc.
• Work for Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts.

Basic Qualifications

• Basic Bachelors Degree is a Must in any field
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience working with the technology industry
• Basic Technical Ski
