We are looking for a stable, energetic MBA/MSW/ MPM /PGDBM HR Manager candidate with 08+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHe/She should have sound knowledge of Labour Laws.Ensure Legal compliance of the Lighting Division on time.Monitor internal HR systems and databasesDesign and implement company policiesMonitor key HR metricsAct as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and proceduresAddress employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awarenessHave exposure working according to ISO 9001, OHSAS 180001 ISO: 45001, SA-8000 standardsDesired Candidate ProfileProven work experience as an HR Manager.Ability to develop clear and fair company policiesExcellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesTeam management skillsMBA in Human Resources ManagementMinimum 10 Years plus experience into operations.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All employee ware a mask always In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and in order to protect our employees’ and candidates’ health, there will be some delays in our recruitment process.
