Carpenter ForemanCandidate should have minimum 4 years’ GCC experience • Maintaining site works according to schedule and latest approved design • Controlling interior wood works and metal panel cladding works in specified limits and dimensions under supervision of site supervisor. • Having direct communication with finishing carpenter workers and carpenter charge hand (Requirement of communication skills) • Basic knowledge about other disciplines (MEP, structural etc.) • Knowledge about specific hand tools related with defined works • Must be able to observe/predict possible difficulties at site • Basic reading ability for architectural, MEP, structural drawings & familiar with the technical terms and phrases is advantage but not essential. • Candidates shall be aged between 30 – 48 • Candidates shall have minimum 5 years GCC experience • Candidates shall have minimum 7 years of overseas experience. • Candidates shall have experience in large scale projects. • Candidates shall be worked and have minimum 10 years’ experience • Candidates shall be accustomed to work in the hot weather conditions. • Candidates shall obey the HSE regulations at site. • Candidates should have worked under high quality standards. • Candidate shall have no objection for night shift working. Night shift work will be rotational.
