Dynamix Group Hiring for Accounts Manager at Mumbai Full Time

• Responsible for Account Payables and Accounts Receivables.
• Ensuring proper accounting, book keeping, expense disbursement etc.
• Accountable for Branch Accounting in which separate accounts are maintained for each branch of the organization.
• Majorly responsible for Accounts payable.
• Responsible for bifurcation of Direct and Indirect expenses that lay their impact directly on P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Keeping a check on vendor Invoices, as per new tax reform in India i.e. GST, to ensure they are new Act compliant.
• Organizing and controlling the accounts function including detailing of task to ensure daily routine transactions and working capital needs.
• Ensure robust reconciliation of all financial ledgers and balance sheet accounts.
• Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly as well as Annual Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Responsible for raising Credit and Debit notes to Clients and vendors after proper approval from the management.
• Preparing timely MIS reports as required. Keeping Payment Records and updates.
• Coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups.
• Co-ordinate with operational people i.e. Customer query, Vendor Payment, Petty Cash reimbursement, additional Billing, etc
• Provide weekly reports to Management like Vendor ageing payable, Cashflow, Collection report.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
