Manage a team of up to 10 ambitious and highly-trained account managers working across a variety of e-commerce platforms
Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations
Participate in client meetings
Mentor, train and develop teammates
Proactively identifying problems and giving solutions
Collaborate with different departments
Support all aspects of performance and development for designated associates to encourage professional growth and goal achievement.
Communicate regularly with the Manager to review business results, execution of plans/strategies, customer feedback and associate performance.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
