Responsibilities

• Preparation of Financial Statements as per Schedule VI along with relevant schedules and notes to accounts
• Filling of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9/9C along with necessary reconciliation
• Filling of TDS challans, returns along with issuance of TDS certificates
• Working knowledge of representation to Income Tax Department, GST department and other government departments
• In depth knowledge of Transfer pricing and assessment
• Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit along with exposure of Big4
• Recording of necessary accounting entries for Accounts Payable via 2 way-3 way checks
• Preparation and recording of various Journal entries
• Managing SOX control activities
• Vendor & Customer master management
• Recording Bank journals and managing cashier role
• Reconciling bank statements, vendor & customer ledgers
• Working with bankers for foreign inwards, exports transactions
• Preparation of monthly MIS, P&L and other reports for corporate reporting
• Preparation of Budget and variance analysis
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Mcom/MBA/Bcom in Finance, Accounting
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and application of US GAAP
• Tally & Excel advance knowledge
• Flexible to work on US timings
