Role & Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product objectives are met.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators for new features and monitor the impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
