1. Prepare documentation as per Customs Rules & Regulation and make sure all compliance of customs to be followed.
2. Placing purchase order to respective supplier as per the requirement given.
3. Preparing Invoices, packing List, tracking Shipment, Letter of credit, Cost Sheet
4. Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding
shipments
5. Handling documents and submission to Banks, DGFT, etc.
6. Dealing with Banks for the documents related issues, payments issues,
handling Exchange control requirements etc.
7. Coordination with Accounts team for the payment follow-up of CHA and
Freight Forwarders and Custom duty payments.
8. Create monthly and annual reports.
Note: Employment Bond is compulsory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
