We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/She should be well versed in handling Blue collar hiring and managing Blue collar job roles. The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy. One year of prior experience in hiring would be preferred.
