JD for System Support Engineer or System Admin,L1 & L2 :
 Configuring & Managing DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VPN & Active Directory.
 Creation and management of Domain and user accounts as well as assign
access rights and permission to use internet facility.
 Managing & Monitoring Network & Coordinate with Vendor.
 Provided the Remote support & Net meting support using following
software Team Viewer, VNC Server, Anydesk Remote Software, Remote
Desktop.
 Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st & 2nd Level
Technical Support to end-users.
 Installation of Antivirus, Patches & Updates.
 Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express configuration, backup, troubleshooting.
 Maintenance of computer hardware systems and system assembly.
 Maintain the assets of pc’s and laptops.
 Installation & Configuration of Network printers & Scanner and its basic
level of troubleshooting.
 Manage all the inventory of PCs.
 Hardware Problem resolved
 Replaced Laptop parts and solved hardware related issue
 Anti-Virus Installation and Software Installation by Remote Desktop
 Formatting PC and taking Backup
 Work on Windows 10 and Windows11

 Installation and configuration of internal software’s
 Generation Daily and weekly Checklist.
 Troubleshoot Hardware and application software.

 Managing of System in Domain and Workgroup.
 LAN I/O Port Configuration and LAN Crimping for Net Connectivity.
 Maintain All Systems in Inventory Excel for verifying purpose in quarterly
base.
 Preventive Maintenance activity in all system Quarterly Basis.
 Data Backup & Data Transfer One System to Another System through
network or Cross Cable.
 Coordinating with various vendors for instant troubleshooting of
application related issues faced by users.
 Adding, removing, updating user account information, resetting passwords
etc.
 Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer
systems.
 Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
 Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
