Eaton Corporation Hiring for Analyst- Procurement at Pune, India Full Time

What you’ll do:

To support and coordinate various Supply Chain Customer Excellence Process and Performance,

ERP Data Analytics topics. Assists and Drives creating, analyzing and documenting high impact

business solutions for Eaton SCM Analytical business requirements. Effectively bridging the gap

of Business need into Analytical Solution and tools that can be used by Eaton users across the

Eaton Enterprise. Provide Supply Chain domain solutions/advices/standard practices to various

queries/concerns.

• Quickly identifies trends/insights from complex data for Energy Category.

• Creates visualizations and new uses of multiple data sources and shares it across organization.

• Strategizes new uses for data and its interaction with data design.

• Locates data sources, analyzes statistics and implements quality procedures.

• Conducts scalable data research, identifies opportunities to collect new data.

• Collaborates with stakeholders, IT, database engineers and other scientists.

• Develop and deploy business tools that add value to Eaton, business, customers and shareholders

• Getting feedback and requests from the business process owners

• Dealing with both day-to-day queries (operational) and development of new tools to support processes or give insight (tactical)

• Interpreting the business requests to describe changes that would be needed either in Dashboard design Or in describing changes to the business logic

• Documenting the logic used in project outputs for Business Users (not for developers at coding level)

• Support Agile way of working for the team using tools like JIRA

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a similar field of study

5 plus years of experience with at least 3 years in Application Development, Data Integration, and Automations for Analytics and BI reporting. Experience in Industrial and Manufacturing businesses is preferred. Exposure to data science is an added plus

Any certifications in Data / Business Analytics or a similar field of study is highly desired

Skills:

Super skilled in Data Analysis in Excel is a must, Displays superior data visualization abilities.

• Strong Data Manipulation skills, working experience with large datasets

• Knowledge of Power BI, should have hands on very strong Power BI development experience of

at least 4 years

• Must have experience is building data connections and models for at least one BI platform like

Power BI

• Experience in Power App, Power Automate, and allied platforms is added plus

• Knowledge of different types of Databases, Strong Proficiency in SQL is preferred

• Should be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly, working with a cross-discipline

team of Design, Product, Data Science, and Analytics team

• Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with Global, regional & local

management teams across the globe

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguities

• Exposure to Industrial and manufacturing businesses is an added plus

• Curiosity to explore the groundbreaking technologies and bake them into solutions

• Zeal and drive to take end-to-end ownership

• Exposure to working in Agile way of working environments especially JIRA preferred
