What you’ll do:

“This position will be based in Supply chain management Shared service center in Pune. • Seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Center of Excellance – Quality team data analytics team. Reporting directly to the Quality Systems Manager , you will play a vital role in driving data-drive decision-making processes and supporting the organizations digitalization initiatives.

“• Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to develop, implement, and refine digitalization strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.

• Assist with design and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft 365 digital tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders across the organization.

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Work collaboratively with functional teams (MFG ENG, QLTY, SCM) to identify data requirements, ensure data quality, and enhance data accessibility driving digitalization results / productivity.

• Assist in the identification and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digitalization projects, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and digitalization to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

. Presents complex critical analytical concepts in simplest manner to different stakeholders of the business. Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns using statistical methods from complex datasets.

. Designs and Develops impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and sharing those reports effectively using Microsoft Power Platform. These dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).

. Generate standards or custom reports summarizing business, financials, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders”

Qualifications:

“• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field”

5-7 years of handson experience in similar areas.

Minimum 3-4 years’ Experience in business reporting and Automation projects

Skills:

“• Power BI, , Power Automate, Power Query,

.• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within a manufacturing or related industry.

• Knowledge of different types of Databases (Relational, Graphic…)

• Strong Data Manipulation skills, working with large datasets, Data Modeling

• Experience within large data environments (Cloudera, OBIEE, etc)

• Data Science

.• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, or similar.

.• Technical skills in DAX, SQL, Python, or R are advantageous.”
