Functional Skills-
Supporting the data extraction, analysis and Supplier Performance Management tool maintenance for 3000+ scorecards
Understand the KPIs that need to be reported and analyzed in accepting the Supplier response
Extract Data from multiple systems in SCM, analyze and prepare meaningful reports on annual process target closure on various parameters
Publish supplier performance through score cards to the Commodity Managers
Distribution of Supplier Performance Metrics with identified supplier base and liaise with the Commodity Managers wherever required
Co-ordinate with different functional heads/personnel as per the need and able to take other tasks which would be assigned time to time
Identify methods to streamline the reporting-analysis work and improve customer satisfaction
Manage the SPM Mailbox to address issues raised by the requestors and close them effectively
Develop Strategies YoY to add add new suppliers to the SPM Process
Co-ordinate with respective stakeholders to improve the accuracy of the data in the scorecard
Technical Competencies –
Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and project management skills and applications
Well versed with MS office tools including MS Excel, Powerpoint & Access
Knowledge of New technologies & Tools like Power BI & Python
Good communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers
Strong Working Knowledge ERP System & business intelligence tools such as OBIEE, Qlik View is required
Alignment with the Corp Risk & Compliance / SCM Leaders, align with the strategy and deploy those strategies.
Escalation Management
Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
Qualifications
Any Graduate / PG
2 – 3 years of relevant experience related to supply chain management in global environments
Supplier performance management
MS Office, Power BI, ERP, BI Tools
PowerBI, Python, R
