Excellent data analysis skills. Ability to understand data in its wider context and in handling large data sets with ability to convert it in to meaningful information.
Perform deep dive data analysis and confirm the root cause of data discrepancies (if any)
Understand the Business domain and should be able to correlate it with the technical work and data analysis
Develop and Publish high-standard, dynamic Power BI dashboard. Able to do various automation using new tools and technology.
Presents complex critical analytical concepts in simplest manner to different stakeholders of the business.
Designs and Develops impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and sharing those reports effectively using Microsoft Power Platform. These dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).
Aligning with the other Eaton Stakeholder groups with respect to Dashboard design and content, to ensure that the Dashboards and tools being developed meet the business needs / expectations.
Researches and brings insight around what good looks like, for presenting data in the form of performance dashboards and business tools relating to ERP / transactional data and analytics.
Uses other tools to develop value business solutions that are not suitable for Power BI, including but not limited to: R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, Cloudera.
Prepares Predictive and Proscriptive analytics toolkit for all the Global teams for Forecasting / Segmentation / Modelling / Demand and Capacity etc.
Understands data sources will include (but not be limited to), multiple ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.), other enterprise business tools (Demantra, TPH, PDH, EPM etc) and other bespoke business tools
Generate standards or custom reports summarizing business, financials, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Education level required- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Any workstream. ( Data Analytics, Business, Science or equivalent work, Computer background would be prefered)
Years and area of experience required- 4-7 years of experience in similar areas.
Technical knowledge-Minimum 3 years’ Experience in business reporting and Automation projects
. Power BI, VBA Automation, Power Automate, Power Query
• Knowledge of different types of Databases (Relational, Graphic…)
• Strong Data Manipulation skills, working with large datasets
• Experience within large data environments (Cloudera, OBIEE, etc)
• Data Science
