We’re working on solving the technical challenges of today’s digital world, while developing groundbreaking technology that’s going to power the next generation of futuristic products and services. Our multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers and UX/UI designers are developing products based on AI, Edge computing and machine learning..

• We’re continuing to expand our organization and are now recruiting a Senior UI Designer who will bring their expertise and experience to build our design capabilities by translating data into meaningful and impactful stories.

• As a Senior UI Designer we expect you to have a full working knowledge of Figma and how to collaborate effectively on the platform.

• We are looking for candidates who are curious, that ask the questions that need to be asked. An ability to break down complexity and communicate this back, with clarity, to business and technical stakeholders both visually and verbally. This will also be evident in how you structure your work within multidisciplinary teams.

• Your experience will enable you to see the gaps in a user experience, where you apply targeted research to systematically break down and answer the unknowns. The ability to explain the “why” behind your decision-making.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution

• Evidence of additional courses that have supported your career development

• Minimum of 5 years working as a UI Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer or similar

• Examples of projects where you performed a senior or lead role

• Strong visual communication skills including Figma

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams

• References from a role most aligned to this position

Skills:

• Experience with data visualization or dashboard design with the ability to select appropriate, impactful visualization techniques will make you an expert in data storytelling.

• You can manage your time effectively so that you can advance the impact of design. For example:oApply and contribute meaningfully towards the data design system.

• oProvide design thinking training and facilitation An understanding of UX methods is desirable.

• Soft skills that enable you to learn from the front-end development teams.

• You exercise judgment on which details of the design are essential and what aspects could be resolved differently with minimal or no impact on the user experience.
