Full Job Description
1. Responsible for managing and driving Ebco’s Website and e-commerce website and other e-commerce initiatives2. Responsible for end-to-end ecommerce activities from managing website content, catalog management, listing, online marketing operations to driving sales.3. Overall responsible for managing, tracking and overseeing coordination of orders received online, and streamlining processes.4. Update, and manage product pages/presentation for various product categories on website, and to troubleshoot web issues, as and when required.5. Research, monitor and analyze web metrics and make recommendations to improve online presence including promotional campaigns to drive website traffic and to generate revenue opportunities.6. Monitor and handle online customer product reviews, queries and complaints by coordinating with internal teams, authorized, distributors, dealers, etc.7.
