Ebizon Hiring for Analyst – Client Account Management (Dehradun) at India Full Time

Ebizon is looking for an “Analyst – Client Account Management” to join our Technology team in our Dehradun office. This team members’ primary responsibilities are to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services and drive new business as well as renew existing business with SMC-Corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and foster relationships – Identify existing and potential clients, respective decision-makers and further establish contact by calling/emailing them. Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
• 
  Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ebizon’s products and services – Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Introduce our business and its offerings.
• 
  Meet and exceed targets – Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
• 
  Track progress and results – Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the Salesforce CRM system.
• 
  Research and understand target market – Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Ebizon’s overall market opportunity.

Requirements:

• BTech + MBA degree or equivalent.
• Inside Sales, or related IT Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ready to communicate with clients in PST/ EST zone.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
