About the role
This is a sales and account management role with emphasis on growing our network of partners and also growing the business from existing partners. The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth internationally.
Position Responsibilities include:
Build new partnerships in markets assigned internationally
Grow the business of our channel partners in markets assigned internationally
Develop and execute aggressive Enterprise & Channel partner acquisition & sales strategies to increase revenue growth
Prepare and track sales goals, forecasts, and KPIs for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
Partner with Marketing leadership on designing comprehensive go-to-market plans and campaigns and manage all aspects of alignment, business planning and execution
Actively participates with and presents to senior leadership the sales strategies, progress metrics, and action plans.
Ensures adherence to both company and external Statutory compliance requirements.
About You
7-10 years’ experience developing and leading channel growth and development
Strong proven sales record
Preference for experience in Education Technology and IT and/or Cyber sector
Experience over all phases of the sales cycle
Disciplined and accountable. Thoughtful. Demonstrates a tendency to work with a Partner’s needs in mind and work backward from there to achieve mutual success.
Business/Corporate/ Channel Development experience running all aspects of strategic transactions.
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a successful track record of closing high value deals
Extremely strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
International market development experience is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or Technical undergraduate degree is a plus
