JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS

Processing all documentation on accounting systems in accordance with the laid down systems and procedures including but not limited to data entry of sales invoices/credit notes, expense claims, bank and cash transactions, journal entries, prepayments etc

Being able to work and communicate with Global sales team , Global accounting team and Operation teams directly to deliver the requested jobs

Properly and timely customers Billing as per given contracts or instruction by managers

Reconciling control accounts

Reconciliation of credit card

Working on A/R

Preparing management reports

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Graduation

Knowledge in MS Excel & Word and internet communication

Experience preferred (1-3 years)

COMPETENCIES

Ability to work in a team and with different personalities

Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Good English communication skills, written and verbal

Good telephone etiquette

Strong decision making skills with a good eye for detail

Proactive

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours where required
