Roles and Responsibilities
To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate upselling opportunities for the company’s products and services.
To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.
To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
To adhere to duly filled submission of daily reports on the CRM portal
Individual Initiatives:
Visit Clients, Institutions and identify companies to whom products and services of the company can be sold. Identify and rope in individuals who can act as path finders: and enable sales of products & Services.
Maintain a regular professional relationship with such individuals so that our organisation is the preferred provider for all cyber security requirements in their circle of influence.
Overall
Ensure that a good mix of products get sold within the allotted region.
Achieve targets in terms of revenue on a month-on-month basis and mandatorily at the end of every quarter of the calendar year.
Stive to achieve customer satisfaction all the time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Lead generation techniques
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work within stringent deadlines.
Ability to work as a team player to achieve business numbers.
Comfort with using mobile apps.
