Job Description

The Sales Trainer who can provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of Sales

Qualification & Requirements

Provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of Sales Team.

Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success leadership to ensure that team members are equipped to sell training services.

Design and maintain consistent processes that allow for ease of selling, booking, delivering, and tracking trainings.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our services.

Forecast training capacity to allow continued expansion of the team.

3-5 Years relevant experience.

Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

Experience in designing and delivering training services.

Excellent track record of collaborating across the organization.

Experience with CRM products is a plus Candidates willing to join immediately shall be preferred.
