Candidate Description:

• Experience at a high growth start up with the ability to take ownership of all phases of the sales cycle and navigate the path through the highly complex buying cycles.
• Data-driven and skilled at forecasting and predicting business results and able to pivot when necessary.
• Disciplined and accountable. Thoughtful. Demonstrates a tendency to work with a Partner’s needs in mind and work backward from there to achieve mutual success.
• Strong operational discipline and technical project management experience
• Channel Development experience running all aspects of strategic transactions.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a successful track record of closing high value deals.
• Extremely strong communication and effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive Channel sales and Channel partner acquisition & sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Prepare and track sales goals, forecasts, and KPIs for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
• Partner with Marketing leadership on designing comprehensive go-to-market plans and campaigns and manage all aspects of alignment, business planning and execution.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team & participate in succession planning.
• Builds relationships across functions, both within sales and company-wide, to facilitate highly effective sales process.
• Actively participates with and presents to senior leadership the sales strategies, progress metrics, and action plans.
• Ensures adherence to both company and external Statutory compliance requirements.
