Job Description

This is a virtual sales role to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Contact potential customers to inform them about our certification programs
• Understand customer requirements and answer queries about the programs
• Handle grievances to ensure customer retention
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years’ experience as a tele-sales representative
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Good knowledge of relevant CRM tools
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Graduate or equivalent

· Experience in Education/ Professional Training sales is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
