Roles and Responsibilities Description / Responsibilities: Building a strong pipeline of clients and achieving monthly sales targets. Generating leads/prospects over the phone, and fix appointments for the sales team, as well as managing communication thereafter. Developing & maintaining positive working & effective relationships with existing /new clients. Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating the creation of solutions for clients. Helping fine-tuning the sales strategy by understanding client requirements and helping to translate that into products and services in conjunction with the research team Overtime the business development executive strives to own and maintain businesses contributing to significant percentage of the overall business of the company. Key Skills required: Excellent communication skills (English) Commitment to deliver aggressive business targets Willing to work in US/Europe Timing (B2B sales) Very comfortable with MS-Office
