Ecolab Hiring for Safety Incharge at Jamshedpur Full Time

This position will be responsible to lead the Tata Steel Kalinganagar , On-site Customer contract operations for all the site at Kalinganagar on a day-to-day basis.

He will provide the leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning and directing) to the Site Leads ensuring that all the contract terms, conditions, requirement and standards of a contract are satisfactorily managed.

Oversight of large multi sites/contract operations, insuring compliance with formal contractual obligations and performance criteria.

Process complexity: Complex advanced multi treatment trains of Inorganic or Organic wastewater.

O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with sales force, management and customer.

Schedules work requirements and ensure KPI for all the sites and client relationship management.

Plan, develop and implement strategies for operational management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
