About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Lead to spearhead and scale our online marketplace operations across India and global markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth in the range of ₹2–3 crores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure flawless execution across all online platforms.
• Oversee and optimize marketplace operations to boost brand visibility, conversions, and sales.
• Scale existing channels and identify new growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product listings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency.
