Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate for design and execution of Telecom and Networking infrastructure projects. Candidate should be well verse of Techno Commercial and technical disciplines of the projects involve. Candidate shall have to schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Profile : Project Supervisor/Asst. • Education : IT Graduate/MBA or relevant Technical Education & Certifications.

Compensation: : Fixed + TA + Incentives Salary : 15,000 to 30,000/- + Incentives (Negotiable for Appropriate Candidate) Preference : Male Candidate Prefered.Profile Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the Telecom, Optical Fiber Network, FTTH, Networking projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team and communicate effectively to provide technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Conduct research to identify new markets/Products and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication & Presentation skills with the Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proficient on Telecom, Optical Fiber Network, FTTH, Networking, is must.
• Communication and negotiation skills with Time management and planning skills
• Proven working experience as a project engineer
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills is must.
• Candidate open for travel shall be given priority. .
