Ecotech Innovations LLP Hiring for Junior Accountant at Pune Full Time

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long-term success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
• GST Workings and GST return filling
• Responsible to handle accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, various report generation, etc.
• Responsible to calculate salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings.
• Responsible to do Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis.
• Responsible to pay a monthly payment of GST /TDS.
• Responsible to file Profession Tax Returns.
• Responsible for documentation – direct/indirect tax, law – legal, customs related (import, export, etc) – preparation, filing, report, follow up, etc.
• Should take care of administrative related activities such as framing disciplinary process/procedure, communicating to the employee, etc.
• Responsible to correspond/coordinating independently with customers/suppliers transporters / statutory authorities.
• Responsible to provide costing / estimation / quotation.
• Responsible to track various statuses such as internal, activity-related, etc.
• Any other job or special tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
• Timely collection and payments of taxes and other expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Qualification B.Com. with minimum 1st class from 10th till graduation
• Working knowledge in Tally ERP 9 software.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint, etc).
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external
