Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be from Manufacturing Background and be able to handle day to day activities, Preparation of various types of MIS Balance sheet & Profit loss account, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund flow, Cash flow, Taxation –
• TDS/GST/PT/Advance Tax/Income Tax.
• Bank Reconciliation of group companies.
• Monthly stock statement preparation & submission into the Bank.
• The right candidate should have experience in all accounting activities like billing, Account taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books, and related activities.
• Maintaining all receipts, payments, sales, and purchase transactions from all branches.
• Experience booking of Expense Bills, Vendor Payment, and Inter Branch reconciliation / Inter-bank transfers of RTGS and NEFT.
• Reconciliation of various accounts (Bank, Cash, Vendors, and Customers).
• Should have worked in Account receivable and have also handled E-commerce business (Amazon, Flipkart, Dmart, big Baazar ETC)

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for an Active Candidate with the following Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 3 years experience.
• Should have handled Finalization of Accounts, Taxation – Direct and Indirect, Tax Returns.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment.
• Should be able to be a self-starter and motivated.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications.
• The candidate should be a proficient Accountant with experience of working on TALLY Software for at least 2yrs.
• Need to join immediately, Good in communication & has Working experience of Tally ERP 9 & other Accounts Software
