Ecowiser Looking For Chief of Staff (Part-time) at Hyderabad, Telangana, Full Time
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic-minded Chief of Staff to provide critical support to our organization. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and the entire team to facilitate effective decision-making, drive operational excellence, and enable the successful execution of our business strategy. The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities Would Include-
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing strategic and operational support to drive the success of the organization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to ensure the successful execution of key business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, and preparing briefings and presentations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure alignment across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to ensure that the organization is running efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and lead executive meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up action items are completed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
