This role is open to be based from: Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Joinville, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune.
Responsibilities:
The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time.
- Support the company in optimising our financial transactions and systems
- Responsible voucher entry
- Stakeholder management across multiple international locations (Malaysia, Dubai)
- Managing AP queries
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
Basic Qualifications:
The AP executive must possess a master’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university or college or at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Skills:
The AP executive must be client service oriented, should have experience in AP voucher entry. Should understand basic AP workflow. Possess a strong attention to detail and have excellent communications (written and oral) skills. Should possess analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
Location:
Preferred location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore. However, we are open to candidates looking for remote work opportunities across India.
