Direct all hiring and giving induction program for new employees.Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook currentMonitor employee progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may haveCoordinate and direct work activities for managers and employeesPreparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the managementFacilitating new employees joining formalitiesReviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularlySupervising the Front Office Management.Payroll managementPerformance Management and Appraisal of employeesMonitoring the office equipment, interiors and cleanliness of the office.Event ManagementStrictly following the time management
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations.Should have very good verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to effectively to do multi-task in workResiding nearby to Basaveshwaranagar is preferable.
