Seasoned Windows and Mac helpdesk support specialist with excellent communication and technical skills for supporting local and remote employees
What you will do:
- Recording and categorizing expenses
- Processing of Vendor Bill Entry
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay dates
- Should have knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances, i.e. TDS and GST
- Time to time Bank Reconciliations
What you will bring:
- Sound Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Must have written and oral English communication skill
- Having experience in AP accounting (Preferred)
- Should be B. Com /M. Com / MBA (Finance)
- Knowledge of Accounting Software NetSuite is preferable
