One of our clients is seeking a B2B Saas Creative Graphic Designer and Brand Manager to join its fast-growing team.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create briefing decks and align all teams to the same brand goals by keeping in mind different brand elements like voice, storytelling, brand identity, brand values, and overall vibe
• Working on Brand guidelines with the help of market research analysis and defining a company’s tone so that everything matches with campaign initiatives
• Own the design and execution of the annual and quarterly brand calendar
• Identify actionable consumer insights to feed into brand growth programs on an ongoing basis across the organization
• Responsible and accountable for all brand health metrics
• Build winning brand communication for Digital presence, Performance Marketing, and social media
• Closely collaborate with the Digital, Social, and CRM teams to ensure brand identity, visual guidelines, personality, tone, and voice are consistent across different communication channels
• Work closely with the innovation team to plan GTM for all new launches
• Be the central owner of all brand assets and across all digital channels
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
• Collaborate closely with photography, design, development, content & marketing teams to better understand consumer behavior

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 years plus experience as brand strategies
• Thorough knowledge and experience in brand guideline techniques
• Advertising Agency Experience, working with E-commerce brands is a big plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong brand management / Strategy & Innovation experience is a must
• Enthusiastic and confident about brand building and content strategy
• Ability to think of the customer’s journey and deliver with effective guidelines that answer to those
• An understanding of design, and imagery in addition to content and the synergies between them all. Good articulation and writing skills
• Proficient in putting together presentations and strategy decks
• Must have 5 Years design experience in Adobe(Photoshop, Indesign, XD, Illustrator), Canva or Figma

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
