Qualifications : BE/B-Tech Mechanical / Automobile /Production
Experience : 3 to 6 yearsRoles & Responsibilities : Sheet metal design and development and ergonomics
Sheet metal manufacturing processes- GD & T
Proficiency in NX 3D modelling within Part modeling & Surface modeling.
Plastics processing/manufacturing knowledge
Body Integration with Chassis
Strong background on Automobile PLM and Manufacturing knowledge
Good Knowledge in engineering change processes
Clash and Clearance analysis.
Should have excellent communication and good team player, Coordination and interaction with core team
FRP and plastics Knowledge.
Soft trim components like Dashboard, Door Trim, Console & Pillar trims.
Good knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with tool direction.
