Job Brief:
The Customer Success specialist is responsible for the ongoing relationship with customers on your assigned accounts. We are looking for a performance and relationship driven Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. You will work directly with our sales representatives to determine the customer’s unique needs and align our offerings and resources to meet and exceed those expectations. By orchestrating staffing placements, facilitating administrative and operational duties and providing customer-facing support, you will build relationships that strengthen and support the health of our organization.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer journey. You will work closely with sales, products, support and engineering teams to maximize the customer experience. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the ongoing post-sales support of customer accounts, including orchestration and facilitation of resources and offerings to meet the customer’s needs. This position is customer-facing and expected to maintain communication with customer contact(s), as well as internal collaboration with the principal account owner (Sales) through every stage of the customer lifecycle.
