Senior HR Recruiter/ HR Manager :Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
• Would Involved in closing Middle to senior level requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates by using Job portals/ referrals and Social Networks.
• Collaborate with the clients to understand the requirement.
• Develop a solid base of candidates through personal research
• Screen candidates by phone and through meetings, to determine their suitability for assigned positions
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Update client and the candidates on the hiring status.
• Partner with the client to close the requirement within the required time limit.
• Introduce candidates to clients and manage the interview process and where necessary, counsel and motivate candidates.
• Manage the closing stages with the candidate and the client to bring about a successful conclusion of offer.
• Promote company’s reputation as best place to work
• Manage end to end recruitment process in a staffing firm.
• Must be Achieving Target in current role.
• Should be able to close the positions within a certain TAT.
• Achieve desired target (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly).

Requirement

• Must have 1 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle Recruitment.
• Multi-tasker must have ability to deliver on multiple job assignments simultaneously.
• Focused approach to finish the job in hand via multiple sources i.e. Job Postings, social media, headhunting, networking etc
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Awareness of latest hiring tools and its utilization.
