Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Centre India (KCI) is one of the two global knowledge centers of Egon Zehnder. Established in January 2005, KCI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Egon Zehnder based out of Gurgaon. KCI has a team of over 60 Specialist Researchers who provide business development, assignment execution and knowledge management services, working across Practice Groups and EZ offices worldwide.

KCI also supports the global operations of EZ through standard research, IT services and documentation with a team strength of 380+.

Shift Timing:7AM to 4PM in the morning and 3PM to 12AM in the evening.

Requirements

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to maintain a database of candidates in the company’s Database Application to facilitate executive search.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Add and update information in a proprietary database, classifying and categorizing it appropriately according to defined standards
• Ensure the quality of information entered in the database is error-free
• Code: Classify information in the database under the following categories for easy and accurate reference:
• Function performed by the candidate
• Company/Business Sector the person is working in
• Position at which the candidate is working
• Profile Creation: Create profiles and other required documents
• Qualification Check: Verify the academic qualifications of candidates as per client requirements
• Data Transfer: Transfer confidential candidate and company information from documents into the database
• Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with clients regarding queries
• Reporting and Dashboard creation

Skills Required

• Personality: The successful candidate must be self-driven, results-oriented, and have a positive outlook, with a clear focus on high quality. They should be a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance. The individual should be reliable, tolerant, and determined
• Attitude: The individual must have a positive outlook towards work
