Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm’s business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

The Position

As a Sr. Admin Executive, you will perform administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient operations of the firm and support personnel in their duties, according to company’s policies and local requirements.

Admin Executive Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing domestic and international travel for employees (Flight tickets, hotel booking, cab, boking travel insurance, forex per diem etc.)
• Organizing and scheduling monthly and annual operations, such as agendas, meetings, logistics, luncheon arrangements, and travel plans
• Handling management of major staff meetings, team offsites and annual events of the organization.
• Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
• Monitoring housekeeping related activities like service delivery assessment of HK vendor, Coordination meetings with vendor for resolution of service issues
• Processing of vendor Invoices
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.

Candidate Profile

Required knowledge/experience:

• 4-9 years of experience in an admin executive position
• Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Graduate from an accredited academic institution
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
