eGov Foundation Looking For Personal Assistant -Chief Executive Officer (Entry Level/Fresher) at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career while receiving mentorship from accomplished senior management.

Please note that this is an on-site role in Bangalore, India with the expectation to come to the office everyday.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and logistical tasks –

• Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with organizational priorities
• Arrange and coordinate travel logistics
• Assist with timely expense management, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate contact lists

Communications:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the leadership team
• Manage the CEO’s email and correspondence, ensuring prioritization, responses, and proper filing

Meeting management:

• Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and capturing key action items
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow

Research and Thinking:

• Conduct internal and market research and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support the CEO in decision-making.
• Synthesize discussions with senior executives, determine next steps, help prioritize based on organizational goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Strong Multitasking, Organizational, and Decision-making skills
• Professionalism and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
