An HR advisor is important for the day-to-day functioning of the HR department, taking an advisory role on best practices for recruitment and retention of staff as well as general HR services.Dealing with various HR queries throughout the businessReviewing and updating job descriptionsAdvising managers on recruitment and selection strategiesTraining hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniquesAssisting with and developing recruitment campaignsCoordinating the appointment process for successful applicantsMonitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention ratesNegotiating terms and conditions of employment with staffProviding advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processesUsing HR information systems to access, input and compile dataIdentifying development needsSuggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (e.g. ATS and HRIS software)Job Types: Full-time, CommissionSalary: ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftRotational shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusWork Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7065088337
