We are seeking a Safety Manager who has a background i establishing new processes in the manufacturing, construction, and logistics sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

· Conducting regular safety audits and inspections of branches, project facilities, and operations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Ensuring that all employees receive appropriate safety training and that safety training programs are regularly reviewed and updated.

· Investigating accidents and incidents to determine their root cause and develop strategies to prevent them from happening again in the future.

· Maintaining records of all safety incidents and accidents, and ensuring that all required reports are submitted to regulatory agencies promptly.

· Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of operations and project planning.

· Ensuring that all safety equipment and protective gear are properly maintained and replaced when necessary.

· Providing leadership and guidance to safety personnel and other employees to foster a culture of safety throughout the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
