Full Job Description
Eide Bailly is looking for a Senior Administrator to join our growing India office. This role will work closely with the Director of India Operations to support the office’s needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with general office administration as well as strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Additionally, they would have previous experience in a professional services organization.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Working with the Director of India Operations to coordinate and execute administrative processes for the India Office.
Liaising with vendors such as couriers, housekeeping services, security services, repair/management services, and others as needed.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering/stocking supplies as needed.
Performing billing procedures and tracking petty cash balance.
Reviewing building compliance items (fire exits, security, etc.).
Partnering with IT department to coordinate equipment delivery/pickup.
Coordinating office events such a trainings and social events.
Scheduling appointments and makes travel arrangements.
Composing and typing routine correspondence including orders, memos, letters and reports.
Performing miscellaneous scanning, filing, faxing and copying duties as needed.
Reviewing, sorting and routing incoming mail; distributing outgoing mail.
Ordering and stocking office supplies.
Qualifications for the Senior Administrator Position include:
Five or more years of administrative support experience required.
Ability to commute to the Eide Bailly Mumbai office on a regular basis.
Strong organizational and customer relation skills.
Well-rounded knowledge of practice management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
