About the Role:
The Data Integration team at Eightfold is responsible for onboarding customers data into the EF Platform and also enabling on-going data ingestions. This team is also responsible for building various apps using the native App Platform to build integrations between Eightfold and various other systems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible, under direction of Solution Architect, for managing the data ingesting and integration solution for our projects
- Responsible for building apps using the Eightfold App Platform to integrate with small vendors
- Perform System integration, data validation, transformation & ingestion for implementations
- Conduct technical troubleshooting, customisation & enhancements
- Identify gaps in system integration and flag for discussion with Customer
- Document key learnings into system-wide playbook for future course correction
What We Will Expect From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Systems or relevant major
- Knowledge of ETL process design and implementation using Python, JSON and XML
- Demonstrated customer service, teamwork, communication skills
- Bonus: Previous experience working on data platforms
