Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team at Ekaasha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies that improve our search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance our online visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to optimize our website and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and optimize website content accordingly
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience
• Create and manage link building campaigns to improve domain authority and drive referral traffic
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve our SEO efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and optimize customer experience across all digital channels
• Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance, KPIs, and ROI to key stakeholders
• Manage and mentor junior SEO staff as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tactics, tools, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Experience managing and mentoring junior SEO staff is a plus
